Chris Mazdzer brought his silver medal to Wall Street.

The USA Luge veteran and Pyeongchang Olympics silver medalist rang the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange on Thursday morning. It was just one of many stops Mazdzer had scheduled as part of a whirlwind media tour that has been going on since he returned to the U.S. from South Korea.

Mazdzer posed for photos with some new fans, and chants of "U-S-A" echoed off the trading floor as he got the day's trading session underway.

Mazdzer was second in the men's singles event in Pyeongchang. It was the first men's Olympic singles medal in USA Luge history, and the second-place finish matched the best of any American sled in Olympic history. The U.S. has gotten silver in doubles events twice.
